The Provider reserves the right to decline or reschedule a booking subject to coverage zones and team availability.
3. Payment
Payment is made via the methods available at booking: cash on site, card on site (POS), or bank transfer. Online card payment will be available later.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us. Cancellation terms (including any late-cancellation fees) are communicated at confirmation and may vary depending on how close to the scheduled time the cancellation occurs.
5. Client obligations
The Client ensures the team can access the location at the scheduled time and provides accurate information about the property. The Client informs the Provider of any risk (pets, fragile areas, hazardous substances).
6. Liability
The Provider uses all due diligence to deliver quality services. Complaints regarding quality must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion to allow remediation.
7. Data protection

8. Dispute resolution
